### Lat Pulldown Machine

The pec machine is a great way to build muscle and increase strength in your chest muscles. It’s also a good workout for your back muscles, as you need to use them to stabilise yourself when using the machine.

The Pec machine comes in two subtypes namely the Pec Dec and the Pec Fly.

#### Pec Deck Machine

The pec deck machine is a workout machine that isolates the chest muscles. It’s a great machine for developing the pectoral muscles, and it’s one of my personal favorites.

To use the pec deck machine, simply sit down in the seat and grasp the handles with your hands. Then, push the handles together until your chest muscles are fully contracted. Be sure to keep your back pressed firmly against the backrest during the entire exercise. Hold for a second or two, then release and repeat.

#### Pec Fly Machine

A Pec Fly Machine is a weight machine found in most gyms. It consists of two handles attached to a weighted bench, which the user sits on and pushes outwards to fly their pecs (chest muscles).

The Pec Fly Machine is a good exercise for targeting the chest muscles. However, it can also be dangerous if done with too much weight or if the user has poor form. For this reason, it’s important to ask a trainer at the gym how to use the machine safely before starting to use it.

### Pull-up Bars

Pull-up bars are a type of gym equipment that can be used to do pull-ups. They are often made of metal and are attached to the walls or ceilings in gyms, and can also be found in parks or at playgrounds.

Pull-ups are a good workout for the back, biceps, and core muscles. To do a pull-up, you hang from the bar with your palms facing out and then pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar. You can also do variations of the pull-up such as chin-ups (done with your palms facing in) or wide-grip pull-ups (done with your hands wider than shoulder width).

#### Climbing Rope

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold the jump rope handle with both hands. Jump over the rope with both feet as it swings beneath you. Keep your knees slightly bent and your core engaged to help you stay balanced. Repeat for 60 seconds or as long as you can maintain good form.

If you’re just starting out, you may want to try jumping on an aerobic step or bench instead of jumping rope. This will help keep your feet from swinging too high
